I have recently had a vampire facial course today I had my last 1 , I have to say the overall experience as been amazing and well worth it , my skin is 100 times better , it’s firmer and much brighter , I’ve noticed a massive difference in fine lines and have no wrinkles hardly at all around my eyes ,I was that person who wouldn’t leave the house without makeup now I very rarely wear any. Rachel is always full of advice and guidance in your skin care journey and I’m looking forward to carrying on with her on mine , highly recommend this treatment .

I was getting prepped for my wedding event and wanted to look my best. Zarah did just that. Eye brows on point. Highlighting my shape, looked natural.yet full and beautiful. Perfect lashes to go with my brows. Still intact and full looking today. And I didn't need makeup because I looked very good already. 🫠🫠🙃🙃. My nails were done with perfection. It's been a long time since I had my eyeliner done by Carley but I always planned to go back for my brows! Finally made that step today. I decided to try PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy for my under-eye area to address dark circles, fine lines, and that tired, hollow look. After doing some research, I liked the idea of using my body’s own healing properties instead of fillers or harsh treatments. The procedure was pretty simple and quick. A small amount of blood was drawn, the platelets were separated, and then injected carefully under my eyes. There was a bit of swelling, no brusing —it cleared up in a few days. Rachel was so gentle. I am already vastly improved under the eye area and darkness has drastically reduced.

Zarah is fantastic! I wanted to try out lash extensions for the first time ever for my graduation. Zarah was very responsive and really tried to understand my vision and provide professional advice. My eyes turned out to be very sensitive and watery but she put in every effort to make it work. I got SO MANY compliments on the lashes, when I came in for my removal, she took a lot of care with my sensitive eyes and modified the appointment to give my eyes the chance to rest before removing remaining glue. Super happy with her, space is clean and welcoming. Highly recommend!

This was my first time at the salon, Carley has given me fantastic new brows, equally as good as Harrods have done my brows in the past, at a quarter of the price! I would happily recommend this salon to everyone wanting microblade eyebrows.

Zahra is an amazing person. I booked the wrong session and she quickly recognised and changed it without having to cancel it or ask me to rebook. Which was very smart. She also realised I would take time and made sure her next appointment was well aware of this. Which is very good. She is also gentle on the eyes and answered all questions and addressed my concerns. Would definitely recommend her service to anyone looking for great eye lashes.

This was my third time booking in with Zarah, I have been in for brow lamination, lash lift and body waxing and at each appointment Zarah was very professional but also very welcoming and friendly. She puts you at ease and makes sure you are comfortable throughout and goes above and beyond for her customers. I was nervous before my first appointment as in the past I have had my eyebrows over waxed/ tweezed which I told Zarah but she did an amazing job and really listened to what I wanted. She gives great aftercare advice also!
