Sam always knows exactly how to customize what a client's needs are. I've seen two lash techs since her and honestly I am so glad I found her again under her new business name. My lashes have never looked better.

Madison was very friendly and professional. She made sure my comfort was at the forefront of the experience. She also did a great job on giving my feet a glow up after months between pedicures. I would definitely go back to Smudge if I'm back in Ottawa and need my nails done.

Trichelle from Diveyen Lash is so talented and her lash sets always have such amazing retention! I’ve been going to her for a couple years now because she just always hits the mark with the lash sets I want and will ask the right questions to make sure she understands. I always get a lot of compliments on my lashes when I’ve had them done by her. She’s also so sweet and easy to talk to, I highly recommend her!

This is by far the best nail bar in the city of Ottawa. Philip & his team of expert nail techs are polite, professional & inviting. Was visiting to Ottawa then decided to find some lashes extensions near by. And found soft heart studios . She exceed my expectation omg I love my lashes more now! I choose volume and it’s looked like natural . Will recommended .
