I’ve only done my brows a couple of times in my life and this was an incredible experience where I was walked through every step and all the instructions I gave were exactly followed. I’m very happy with my eyebrows and definitely will be returning. As for my lashes this was my first time having a lash lift and again, I was very happy with the outcome.

Cassandra is so patient and kind. She did an amazing job with my short hair. You can't really tell I'm wearing extension, that was exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend her and everyone who works there are vary nice.

Ioanna is very good at what she does. I’ve been looking for a long time for someone who actually cares about their customers and the quality of work. I have had extensions for many years and never returned twice to anyone. The lashes fall out or used cheap products. With Ioanna I have had no problems at all. I just went for my third fill and will continue from now on. I couldn’t be happier. The atmosphere is high end and beautiful. Highly recommend!

Cass worked her magic again, if you’re looking for the perfect hard to achieve blonde, highly recommend Cassandra, I have super thin, fine graying hair and she manages to exceed my expectations every time. Don’t go anywhere else, HER is the best in Kingston and I’ve tried most of them ❤️

I had a great experience getting a Classic lash set with Tianna! Tianna was friendly, helpful, and did a beautiful job: I told her that I had gotten Hybrid lashes in the past that looked (and felt) heavy so she made sure my Classic set looked summery/fluttery and felt super comfortable. Thanks!

This was my first visit to I.D beauty and Ioanna was so welcoming. She was very informative when it came to the various styles of lashes she offers and the differences between each set. Yasmine has done my classic eyelash extensions a handful of times now. She technically skilled, open to feedback, and kind. I wasn’t entirely sure what style I wanted (open eye, cat eye, single, volume) and she was able to explain the difference and craft a look suited to my eye shape. I would highly recommend her to anyone new to eyelash extensions or looking for another service provider.

What a wonderful experience I had at my appointment today. The procedure of getting lashes lit in took approximately 2 hours, I was so relaxed I fell asleep…probably even snored, a bit 😂🤣. Thanks so much for the relaxing time I had, I REALLY NEEDED THAT, and my eyelashes look great. 🌟

Sierra was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. She is absolutely professional and amazing at what she does. I received services for a lash lift and tint as well as a brow wax. In the past, at a different establishment I have had negative experiences with lash lifts with the aesthetician being quite aggressive and the results were not as high quality. I can definitely attest that this was the most relaxing experience possible. I look forward to going back to the Refinery for additional services!

Katie is amazing at lashes. I see her every two weeks and she does them perfectly every time. Before applying new lashes she ensures my current lashes are clean by giving them a lash bath.
