I can’t thank John enough for fixing my eyelash extensions after a less than happy experience at another salon. I walked in feeling emotional and anxious, and he immediately made me feel heard and at ease. The lashes he gave me are stunning and so natural, I feel like I was born with them! She was attentive, professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The results were perfect—my brows are beautifully shaped, and the henna tint looks natural and lasts long. I just got my eyebrows waxed and tinted and my eyelashes curled and tinted, it was so relaxing in the reclining chair I nearly fell asleep! They have a nice location in the shopping centre away from the busy food court. The lady there was lovely too. 🙂

I had my first set of eyelash extensions done at Nova Beauty Charlestown and the experience was absolutely wonderful. The studio has such a calm, relaxing vibe that made me feel at ease right away. Elisha was fantastic! So knowledgeable, gentle, and professional. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I'm completely in love with my lashes, they look natural, full, and flawless. I’ve had so many compliments already. Highly recommend!

In my professional opinion, Maddy excels in performing eyelash extensions in Newcastle. It is worth noting that she is consistently fully booked. I have been a loyal client of hers for a decade, and I cannot imagine seeking services elsewhere.
