Kate was so warm and welcoming when I arrived. I immediately felt at ease with her. Her space was so clean, comfortable and prepped ready to go. Before and during my brow lamination and lash lift, she talked me through everything she was doing and the reason why, I found this super professional. We chatted the whole appointment time which was lovely, no awkward silences. Kate listened to what I wanted and certainly delivered the goods. The results she achieved were exactly what I had asked for. My patchy brows are now full, perfectly shaped and dyed. My lashes are beautifully lifted.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Tanisha and her beauty skills! Today,she so kindly fixed an issue that I accidentally caused for N/C..! I only got my infills for extension of lashes last Thursday,so she so graciously fixed the one eye free of charge, Tanisha will always keep me loyal to her,she does the best lashes and job,she is also a delightful woman!💞

Shae was lovely enough to fit me in for a quick fix of my eyelashes. She went above and beyond to fix my small issue, and normally I wouldn't need fixing at all, but this time the lashes didn't take a well, all great now and Shae is a perfectionist, and she did an amazing job of my first ever quick fix! Amanda is absolutely excellent. I went in for a brow tint and lash lift/tint… And came out with an incredible job done as well as an exquisite head massage that had me booking in for a facial asap 😆 Her touch and presence is so calming. This is so much more than a beauty treatment… this was genuine self care with genuine results! I’d give her more than 5 stars if I could!

My very first eyelash extension at 70 years old. Bit nervous but beautiful Ella answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable and she was so gentle and professional....and the result...I nearly cried! I love them .....so happy!! Thank you Ella!!!
