They booked me in as soon as possible and only charged me for the extra lashes even though it took over an hour for my resit. Customer service excellence in my book, I would highly recommend the lovely ladies at Beautopia Clinic Bonbeach.

Alex is amazing, can’t fault her. She has a beautiful energy, a caring tone and amazing attention to detail. Everytime I see Alex, I am amazed with the result. I have used other techs in the area (Frankston, Chelsea) and no one comes close.. Which is why she is the only lash/brow tech I’ll see in Melbourne.

Amy has been amazing at doing my lashes and I get many compliments. She has thoughtfully taken the time to listen to what I wanted in regard to shape and style. I visited Margaret again today for a brow sculpt and lash lift and I adore the results! She always does an incredible job and makes my brows look so full. Would 100% recommend to anyone needing some TLC for their brows and lashes :)

Christina is an absolute eyelash and eyebrow magician! Every time I visit her, I leave feeling like a million bucks. Her attention to detail is incredible - she takes the time to really understand what you want and delivers every single time. My lashes always look full, natural, and last for weeks. She's also a pro at shaping eyebrows to perfectly frame your face. Beyond her amazing skills, Christina is just lovely to chat to. Maryam was amazing! I’ve been coming to this salon for over five years, but had my lashes done by Maryam for the first time on Sunday — and she was absolutely fantastic! She took great care in thoroughly cleaning and prepping my lashes before the refill, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time, consistently checking in throughout the process. It was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had at the salon, and my lashes turned out beautifully. I’ll definitely be booking with Maryam as my go-to lash tech from now on!

Always an amazing experience! I've always loved the idea of a lash lift as they're less maintenance than extensions. However, I've been sorely disappointed in the last which is why I've done lash extensions with ona for months! Today, after seeing how beautiful the lifts they do were on Instagram - I took the plunge. And I am blown away - they are so beautiful and long.
