Sonya has a very nice customer service approach and was very attentive to what I requested. Her personality lends herself to this kind of work. Even though it was her first day, she did a great job considering she wasn't closely monitored by a supervisor. I would expect however, for her introduce herself to the customer at the beginning of the session9perhaps it was nerves as I was her first client). I would have expected that the supervisor would have guided her more closely at the start of the nailpolish application process. A lovely young woman beginning a new career. I would go back.

Normally I suffer from stinging eyes for about 3 days after getting lash extensions but I’ve had a full set and refill at 2M lash studio and it hasn’t occurred, also very relaxing and comfortable experience both times lashes are beautiful and last ❤️
