It is always a pleasure to have my hair cut by Lucy. Lucy is a very professional hairstylist who provides an excellent cut and finish. Lucy takes the time to appreciate the style I want to achieve and uses her professional skills and creative talent to transform my hair. I enjoyed my first visit to West One. Kerry was very conscientious in listening to my hairdressing ‘history’ and interpreting my preferences. She took great care as she shaped the style and I was very pleased with the result. A friendly, happy experience.

I was put at ease from the moment I arrived. I only manage to get to the hairdresser about once a year (ASD) but here I was treated with kindness and understanding. My hair looks and feels great , and Turner and Tams provided excellent value for money.

Overall experience was exceptional. I managed to get a last minute appointment with Holly who is extremely talented. She washed, dried and curled my hair amazingly using additional products to help get my hair super silky; and I had so many compliments - thank you Holly!

Hannah cut my 12yr old son's hair, it is thick and wiry, but she always does a fantastic job at making him look smart and tidy. Then tidied up my fringe too! A most excellent job on both.
