Well there isn't 6 stars ...so only can give 5 ....Esme listens each and every time about what you want by actually consulting you each and every time ..my hair has moved on and progressed ...it's now the length and style I wanted for many years ...I can't hear very well ...as hearing loss ..and my arthritis means I can't lift the hair fryer for long and the back doesn't get done much ...Esme sorts everything out for me ...my hair looks amazing - thank you

Esmê was really lovely and did a great job, made me feel really welcome and spoke my through my colour and did as asked when coming to the cut I wanted. A lot of hair dressers will take a lot of when you just want a small trim, but Esmê did exactly as I wanted :)
