Stefania is the best! Her colour skills are second to none as my colour is perfect after each appointment. My hair extensions were perfectly refitted (again!) and the colour match is brilliant. I have recently visited Chris for my colour and new extensions, I have never been happier with the results. Chris is so knowledgeable and professional, I had my own concerns about my hair and he gave me lots of advice, product recommendations and my appointment felt bespoke around these concerns to promote the health of my hair. His attention to detail is unbelievable, and I absolutely love my new hair.

Claire, you are amazing, I love getting my facial and one of the things I love most is you will be honest if you feel a treatment would not benefit you, such a warm and caring person Benni, you are the first technician that managed to stop my nails breaking, just what I asked for and I can honestly say my nails have never looked better, oh and you are great at my pedicure, my feet feel like sponges when you are finished, add in the free massage chair while this procedure is going on, heaven just visits me All of the technicians have a superb customer care focus. chris was amazing as always, i put all my trust in him and he never fails to make me feel great when leaving the salon! he knows all his clients needs and always gives advice on what he thinks we should do next in regards to your hairs health. 10/10 customer service as always, the experience was very personal and relaxed! wouldn’t go anywhere else :)

Chris refreshed my blonde after it being washed out and neglected for months, properly fitted my extensions after them being incorrectly fitted for so long, can really feel the difference! Couldn’t recommend enough so happy with the results!
