Both Chelsea and Indy have worked on my neckline and were great! Chelsea gave realistic timelines from the start and did a wonderful job with the initial consultation and explanations. I went to Indy recently when Chelsea wasn’t available and she is great also, I’ve already recommend both to other people.

Morgan is very aware of what factors go into making a client’s appointment successful. I most appreciate that she ensures you get the full amount of time for hair removal. She also has a good eye for how to be efficient and has a keen eye for which hairs are likely to respond well at their current growth phase.

I really loved that my provider used the entire time for my treatment! Especially with prices increasing, it can be a bummer when sessions start late/a lot of time is spent on the set up and eats away at how much time is actually spent on removing hairs.

Trevor was so patient and understanding of all my concerns. I had done electrolysis previously but found it unbearably painful so was pretty hesitant. Trevor talked me through the whole process, made sure I had ample distractions and I was pleasantly surprised that the time flew by. Thank you, Trevor!
