I had an appointment with Ceri this evening and as always she was just absolutely fantastic in every way! So friendly with such a beautiful energy.. we always have a good old giggle! She makes the whole tattoo removal process so much nicer by being super quick and reassuring throughout. Highly recommend erase that ink! I've had 5 sessions so far and I always look forward to seeing Ceri! And her doggie 😍 xx

Laura is amazing!, she was professional, knowledgeable, empathetic and explained the who process to me. You can tell she loves her job. I had some very, very bad dark eyebrow makeup tattoos that didn't complement my skin tone.. I was so surprised the first session have lightened them so much and already has boosted my confidence. I love all the ladies there - they make you feel comfortable and welcome. I’m such a wet flannel with the lazer removal pain but they are sympathetic and lovely. So knowledgeable on hair removal too. Highly recommend!!
