Spent the day with the girls at Erika's getting my lashes, nails and hair done. Can't recommend Aiko enough, so kind and gentle, never fails to disappoint with a new set of Hybrids. I got BIAB nails for the first time ever, Anna set the expectations, talking me through the process to help me understand what will happen throughout my new BIAB journey with her. Finally Zoe, toner and olaplex treatment, when I'm in Zoe's chair I'm immediately relaxed. From being incredibly anxious to now having Zoe has my go to stylist in Derby. In love with my glow up. As always, I received great service from the whole team whilst at Erika’s. Zoë always does a great job on my hair and makes me feel so special whilst she’s doing it - she’s an artist! As always, Zoe didn’t disappoint me and made my hair look and feel gorgeous, once again! I genuinely enjoy spending time at Erikas beauty as it is my favourite part of self care. Zoe not only has a golden hands, but also golden spirit, which makes the whole experience exciting and fun. One of the best places to relax, I couldn’t recommend better place and better stylist. As always, Sam was professional as well as personable. It’s always a positive experience and the results are excellent. I would highly recommend for effective hair removal.

Really helpful and friendly staff, made me feel very comfortable and gave me the information needed. I’m over half way through my course of laser hair removal and I am very satisfied with the results.
