First time going there, first impressions lovely and bright environment very clean also, the girl was lovely and friendly the table you lie on was so comfortable I could have fallen asleep getting my eyebrows done. Would definitely go back and maybe try another treatment- thankyou

Eyebrow waxing was quick and pain free. The facial is probably the best I had- my skin is very well moisturised glowing and the whole experience was incredibly relaxing! Would really recommend!!

Rose and River has a good and relaxed vibe, staff is nice and attentive. Anne Marie was so professional and empathetic, she made the whole waxing experience as pleasant as it can possibly be. Defo going back :)

Funmi is an amazing waxer! Works quick but does a really good job. I get the Hollywood waxing and she does a great job at making you feel comfortable , also helps that she’s great at having conversations with. Will definitely be coming back regularly :))

I don’t trust anyone other than Dia with my eyebrows and she always does a brilliant job! Efficient and thorough waxing too. Would highly recommend!

Great spa and 5 star treatment. The staff were welcoming and kind and my massage was incredible. Only slight downside is that the treatment room as really cold so I couldn’t fully relax. My massage therapist did the best she could to keep my warm and the bed had a heated blanket on it which helped a bit. After the massage I had a pedicure which was great. They gave me a blanket and a cup of tea. Wish they had a greater selection of nude pinks but we found one that was ok. Overall I loved it and would definitely go back.

Faye has been doing my nails, feet and waxing and the odd additional treatment for the last 16 years and I would not use anyone else. She is always professional and friendly and I also consider her to be a very good friend.

A warm and pleasant relaxing atmosphere. Mel was very professional and warm to spk too I would definitely vist again

Shagol always gives the most amazing facials and massages, and is super thorough with waxing. Love coming here.
