Kamini, was such a star, she catered to me and my baby, and I am extremely grateful. Also big thanks to the receptionist she, as always, helpful and attentive. My facial with Anna was absolutely wonderful! A week before my wedding and I've had a terrible facial breakout following some waxing I had done elsewhere. I turned up feeling extremely upset and anxious. Anna was incredible. She was so reassuring, advised me on what to use to calm the flare up and then gave me the most relaxing and soothing facial. When I walked out of her room I felt so much better and my skin was already much less angry and red. Thank you so much Anna. I'm SO grateful. You're amazing! xx

Alex does my lashes and waxing and is always so fantastic. She pays so much attention to detail and takes so much care to make sure you get the finish that you want! She always makes you feel so comfortable and takes her time to always deliver the best results. My lashes with her stay on for weeks and weeks and I’d recommend her to anyone.

Great underarm wax. Eyebrows reshape could have been more detailed-taking off the eyebrow pencil makeup beforehand and brushing the brows as it’s being reshape to give more defined and groomed look.

Waxing service - underarm, full Hollywood bikini area, full leg and buttocks. This was my first wax session in over 5 years and Irmina was very comforting and welcoming. She has a very good waxing technique and was very gentle. Pain was definitely felt in some areas more than others as expected but it was bearable. Irmina was chatty and held good conversation to keep my mind off the wax. Definitely recommend.

Such a great experience with Kaprice, I LOVE my nails and I’m feeling holiday ready 💅🏻 As a newbie to waxing she put me at total ease and was quick and efficient. The tunes were a vibe and chat on point. I’ll be coming back and couldn’t recommend enough!

Rashila is an excellent beauty therapist. She is quick and efficient when waxing and manages to make the process painless! Rashila has a professional but warm approach which is rare, in my experience. I will certainly return for future treatments.
