Sasha was brilliant as ever: professional, friendly, and efficient. I always feel super happy I found her, in the knowledge that she is a total pro at her job and takes everything from hygiene, eco-friendly products and personal comfort very seriously, yet can make you feel very much at ease, helped by the treatment room having a really nice atmosphere. Couldn't recommend Sasha enough.

Amazing experience here yesterday - Sarah had been recommended by a friend and I was desperate to get my hair colour refreshed but had had some disappointing (and expensive!) experiences elsewhere in Bristol over the last few years. I had a colour consultation and then a full head of highlights done and I am absolutely thrilled with the result. Sarah did them in such a way that they look completely natural and the effect is exactly what I was going for. She was also very friendly, great to chat to and the price was fantastic for the service. Highly recommend!

Got eyebrow reshape under arm wax and ears pieced. Love it and kay was chatty, didnt hurt and felt relaxed. Will be coming again. Going to book a foot massage and underarm wax.

It's great to see a new business open up in Cheswick and was keen to to try them out for a much needed haircut. Delighted with my hair and found the owner Sarah lovely and friendly and Chloe gave me a great hair wash. Have already booked my second appointment and I'm wishing them all lots of success with their business.

I was very nervous to have the waxing done but Lucy was incredibly friendly and put me at ease immediately. I will definitely be going back here in the future, can’t recommend it enough!

I had waxing in two areas done by Kay for the first time, I was nervous as I know how painful it has been with other waxers, but Kay made me feel comfortable, and it wasn’t as painful as other places I have been too. Victoria was lovely and explained everything really clearly. I had an acne facial and added on a face massage which I found thoroughly relaxing! The products smelt incredible and left my skin feeling fresh and revived.
