She is extremely professional. I am used to have waxing, and almost all of previous times I had a lot of pain (also very sensitive) and she did her magic that the pain was normal, and afterwards she used a product that made the skin it very smooth. I had a pedicure with Milan & her professionalism and politeness was spot on. I got to use the massage chair and the extra touch made the appointment extra special.
