My mother and I had pulled our shoulder muscle. Movement was limited and the shoulder was stiff. Doctor Chen is fantastic. He felt where the issue was and worked on it. He has got our shoulders moving again. Last time we visited Doctor Chen my mother could not bend her knee. He resolved it in just one session. He is so talented. I highly recommend you visit Doctor Chen. He can feel and spot the problem.

Chanel was GREAT!!! She was welcoming, approachable and made the atmosphere very comfortable during the service. 10/10 Charnel is so patient, friendly and works to perfection! I've been for waxes in various other places and felt like waxing wasn't for me (boarderline traumatised). At seasonal glow it's a totally different experience. In all honesty I sometimes forget I'm having a wax. My bikini line is so much lighter now that I don't have to resort to shaving. Great treatment as always. Loved using the pool and sauna facilities, which are a short walk from the treatment rooms. The cosy robe that you are supplied with is a nice extra touch of luxury.
