This was my first time for a cosmetics procedure. Darren put me at ease immediately in our first appointment and talked me through the various options. I then booked in for a treatment and then a review appointment. Both of which were efficient and professional. Not only does Darren deal with the cosmetic procedure aspects but also talked through skin care and I have noticed significant improvements in my skin over the past two months. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

My appointment with Dr Rielle was a delight and I am even happier with the results! From the first moment of the appointment, I knew that she cared. She attentively listened to my concerns: I have dry and oily skin, with discolouration and I’m getting to the age that I need to consider an anti-ageing regime. Dr Rielle expertly explained the science of my skin condition to me, helping me understand my concerns. The personalised care regime she provided was so easy to follow and such a useful guide. Within a few days my skin seemed to glow and I have had more than one compliment from friends!

They checked on me throughout the treatment and both of them present in the treatment room. They even checked on my skin to make sure of no reactions. Darren is amazing! Was my first time getting Botox in the UK, and he went over everything with me. He also discussed my skincare routine and gave me recommendations, without pressuring me to buy particular products like a lot of a lot skin places do. I would highly recommend and will definitely be going back🙂
