Had a great experience, Kamila is very knowledgeable and has given some great ideas to use as warm ups and rehab exercises to help with an injury, the massage and cupping service she did as well was great, 100% would recommend to anyone needing help with their injurys.

Kamila is extremely knowledgeable and has an effective blend of professionalism and friendliness. Every treatment and exercise is carefully explained and you are out at ease. The issues/pains I had are certainly improving !

Had the most unreal full body massage from molly felt like I floated my way out the spa 😍😍🤌🏼🤌🏼 can’t wait to come back for some other treatments x
