I have just left my session with Abby, and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. She took the time to really understand my issues and quickly identified the underlying causes. Her knowledge and approach were excellent, and we’ve now set up a structured rehab program tailored to my needs. I left the session feeling confident about my recovery and in very capable hands.

I had my first appointment with Abby. She put me at ease straight away and gave me some advice on how to ease my aches and pains. After lots of stretching and movement I’m looking forward to my next appointment and hopefully completely removing sciatic pain from my body!
