The service is consistently outstanding—professional, friendly, and patient, especially with children. They always make my son feel comfortable and welcome, and he leaves with a great haircut every time. The customer service is excellent—always warm, attentive, and efficient. I had both a biotin and B12 injection at Ebbsfleet Aesthetics, and I’m honestly so impressed. The clinic area is clean, welcoming, and professional, Yvonne made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in. The process was quick and painless, she explained everything clearly. I’ve already noticed a boost in my energy levels from the B12, and I’m excited to see the longer-term effects of the biotin on my hair and skin, this is my 2nd dose of biotin, I have already seen less hair shedding when I was my hair. great value for money too. I recently had a B12 injection and I’m genuinely impressed with the results. The whole process was quick and painless, and the practitioner was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. I notice a real boost in my energy levels and mental clarity, I didn’t realise how sluggish I’d been feeling until I felt the difference. I also feel more focused and less fatigued throughout the day, which has made such a difference to my routine. Travelled an hour to get here for a hair and beard trim because local ones weren’t giving the service I was looking for and can honestly say it was worth it! Master barber definitely deserves that title. Understood what I wanted and made sure I was happy with it from all angles. Waiting time wasn’t long (5-10mins) had the best service and left feeling the best I felt in a long time! Definitely coming back

Excellent. Nicola always takes a lot of care and chats to me. In the past I have only gone to a hairdresser when I absolutely had to. I am still not great at going more frequently, but Nicola makes it a pleasure. I am so glad a friend recommended Le Reve.

Was a excellent consultation with Amanda she explain everything to me abt all skin care treatments which would be good for me and would totally trust her as she is very professional and had lots of knowledge and experience which made me very feel confident without any pressure.. Kira is brilliant. I am a little late to the lash game (50) but kira is a patient excellent lash tech and has converted me. She will advise what suits and give care tips. You also have the choice of coming with head phones in if you don't want to chat. Good value for money and my lashes last well.
