The Venue Westbourne is my go to salon for my manicures. Not only is the location and environment beautiful, but the customer service is really good! Isha was amazing! She always made sure I was comfortable, and checked in with me to make sure I was happy with how my nails were looking - I've already booked for my follow-up appointment and counting down the sleeps! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face after bad experiences in the past with other clinics. Freeda are amazing , they actually really care & listen . I would 100% recommend Freeda clinic . Today I had filler in my lips. I've not had my lips done for about two years and was a bit nervous. I had no reason to worry as I was guided through the process, could ask as many questions as I wanted, and was in a lovely atmosphere in amazing hands. I cannot recommend enough. Very professional. The consultant reviewed my medical history and discussed in detail the medication. She was very personable and asked if I had any questions. I was very reassured.

It was my first time ever to get a more 'intrusive' treatment and I was very nervous and scared of needles! But there was absolutely no pain and she explained all the steps involved and after care very well. I'm happy so far and will be going back.
