My appointment was 2 weeks post op and was recommended by my surgeon as part of the recovery process. I'd never heard of MLD massages before, so I'm happy that I found Claire as she's been fantastic & very knowledgeable. I was still very sore & swollen when I first came to see her, but she managed to gently massage & drain alot of my fluids away during each session, with the added bonus of red light therapy to aid the healing. Claire always offered advice & provided helpful tips to aid my recovery & overall cosmetic results. I have just completed my final massage session & couldn't be happier!

I found this an incredible reading - very insightful! Ashley is highly intuitive which shines through during a reading! The cards she used were stunning and she had plenty to choose from! I have been getting back pain in my sacrum area for 2 months. I had a massage by Julie a few days ago and I am amazed how much better I feel after that.
