Another amazing treatment from Sam at Sage Therapies. I highly recommend Sam and her healing hands and voice. My massage and Indian head massage put me into a lovely tranquil yet controlled state to be able to deal with the children going back to school and a missing dog. The dog only went missing in the house and was found in a similar tranquil state in her bed. Thank you again. 😊 xXx

I get my eyebrows shaped and tinted and an LVL every 6 weeks - Sheila does such a lovely job every time and it lasts really well, the bed is heated and super comfy and the whole salon has such a great vibe, very clean and friendly.

Just making my way through Sam's treatment list and honestly cant say what I love the most. Yesterday I visited Sam carrying the world on my shoulders, I had reflexology and natural face lift and floated out like a cloud. Sam is an all round therapist and I am so thankful she was recommended and I found her, someone i'd been looking for, for such a long time. See you in 2 weeks x

Ellie realised immediately my energy level (down) and concentrated into getting me to realise what i can do to gain back my energy. I was inspired by her intuition. Thanks!

Sam is a miracle worker! I've been living with chronic pain and reduced mobility for several months and decided to try reflexology to relieve the pain. Sam did a thorough consultation before working her magic, leaving me pain free, refreshed and energised. She gave me lots of aftercare advice and her calm, healing energy made me feel nurtured and relaxed throughout the session. I've already booked my next appointment and can't wait to try the other therapies that Sam offers!

Kind, friendly and amazing treatments

As a chronic migraine sufferer for 10 years, I can sometimes experience up to 20 migraines per month! I’ve just had my third reflexology appointment with Sam and the difference in my overall wellbeing as well as a dramatic drop in migraines is astounding! Sam is so knowledgeable in all the treatments she provides and totally in tune at reading my energy, she always gets it spot on and never fails to amaze me! I can’t recommend Sam enough, I always leave feeling relaxed and uplifted. Looking forward to my next appointment ☺️
