I highly recommend classes at Lifestyle Fitness with Monique. She creates a comfortable atmosphere and designs a tailored workout plan according to your individual fitness needs. As someone who struggles with mobility and has difficulty with everyday movement, Monique was able to help me achieve one of my personal goals which was to get up off the floor independently and safely. Instead of dreading exercise as I used to in the past I find myself looking forward to the next session.

Every session with Candice & the Euphoria team is better than the one before, they always make you feel comfortable and Candice explained the treatment to me thoroughly. The process while getting the treatment done is very comfortable, I’m always happy with the end results.

Unassuming little salon, with an amazing team. Dot is super knowledgeable and extremely thorough! I really enjoy her amazing customer service and the warmth she exudes. Honestly the most comfortable experience I’ve ever had, especially considering that it was my first laser session I’ve never been more comfortable.

Tracy removed my skin tags using the Plasma pen today, so far so good. The removal process was very quick and efficient with minimal pain. Tracy was so lovely from being super informative before I came to how friendly and professional she was during my session, Thank you.
