Had a Japanese Hair Treatment for the first time ever, it was bliss, incredibly relaxing. Having the option to see the blocked follicles before and the lovely clean head after is a bonus. Louisa really does make it special, not only the hair treatment but a face cleanse and chocolate mask, neck, shoulder, hand, and foot massage. I feel to sleep. Highly recommend it.

I’ve been having my eyebrows done with Claudia for a few years now & she is amazing! I suffer with eczema and cannot have my brows waxed as my skin is too sensitive. Claudia is really understanding and has used her skills to create me my perfect brows despite my skin condition🫶🏼 For that reason, I wouldn’t trust anyone else…the free therapy sessions are a bonus too 🙊💘

Had a wonderfully relaxing morning with a hot stone massage followed by a facial. Daisy even managed to reintroduce a neck to my scrunched up shoulders, which I wouldn't have believed possible! The L.E.D mask used for the facial was not what I expected - it felt very strange to have that tingling sensation, but my skin feels amazing afterwards and looks much healthier.

A lovely experience and beautiful gel nails

Not entirely sure what I was expecting as I've never really tried reflexology before. Adele made me feel really comfortable and grounded and explained a little as she was going- she was fine with me asking questions too. Overall it was really relaxing, I nearly fell asleep! Afterwards I still felt really relaxed. Perhaps it was what I really needed and what the reflexology brought out of me but I was left really tired, but able to sleep - which i do usually struggle with. I'd definitely book in again, if only for some sleep!

Daisy is super friendly, chatty & did a fab job with my eyelash tint. She was extremely thorough, ensuring there was no tint on my skin. Thank you Daisy & looking forward to my next appointment. 😊
