Just left KC Aesthetics feeling amazing after a consultation with Katie—she was incredibly warm, calming, and instantly put me at ease. She even managed to fit me in for a quick, completely painless treatment on the spot! The whole experience felt more like catching up with a friend than a typical appointment. I came to Regen clinic in Norwich for a Japanese head spa treatment, with Marie. When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. It was the most amazing treatment I’ve ever had. I felt so comfortable, cosy and thoroughly relaxed during the whole treatment. Marie was very professional, she listened to my concerns and advised me on aftercare for my hair and skin. Thank you ever so much, highly recommend.

This was my 2nd carbon facial and I'm really pleased. My skin has rosacea, open pores, pigmentation and an oily t-zone so is always a challenge for me. I tried the first one as part of my hydrofacial course and was delighted. This 2nd session is 5 weeks later and already my skin looks glowing, smoother and less oily. I can certainly recommend this treatment.
