Nasra was splendid! She explained everything clearly and kept me reassured throughout. I felt in safe hands and appreciated her insight. One small suggestion: the brow bleach took 60 mins instead of the estimated 30, likely due to it being my first time. I luckily had buffer time before my next appointment, but it would be helpful to factor in extra time for first-time clients. Overall, a great experience highly recommend Nasra!

I had my first laser session today to remove my tattoo, and I just wanted to say how great the experience was. The technician who did the procedure was very knowledgeable and clearly experienced. It was a wonderful experience, was a bit nervous at first but when the artist explained the process and talked me through each process asking me my preference of the shape of the brow and the colour, I was very much at ease and I’m absolutely delighted with my brows

A lovely clinic and very polite, professional staff. The clinic was clean and even the chair was noticeably relaxing and comfortable, adding to the overall aesthetics. It was already very busy for 10am, the only thing I would say is that when booking an hour long treatment, I assumed the actual treatment duration would be the full hour, but some of the time was utilised for the consultation at the start and feedback at the end, so in effect less than an hour. However, staff seem knowledgable and very kind and I would happily visit again.

I had a lovely experience! The atmosphere was lovely and all the sisters were very warm and polite. My skin was super sensitive to the bleach and Nasra took extra time on me making sure my skin was ok. I felt really calm during my treatment. 🌸 Thank you!

Good friendly service, talked though each stage to make sure I was comfortable. I have sensitive skin so had a bit of a reaction to the bleach but was told it will go down. Overall good experience and eyebrows look really nice.
