Kim made me feel totally confident and talked very knowledgeably about the different procedures, there was no attempt to sway me to any particular treatment. I had my first microneedling appointment today and so far, even after only a few hours, my skin feels lovely and I’m looking forward to my follow up treatments.

Sian was amazing because I suffer with Vertigo so I can’t lie down for more then 15 minutes. But she arranged my appointment so that I could sit up during my treatments. She kept talking to me & asking if I could continue. Her kindness & professionalism means that not only will I be going for regular treatments but I will tell Friends & Family about Flirt.
