I had a wonderful experience at The Derma Clinic. Rachel is incredible at what she does. I had an amazing dermaplane facial. The results were instant and I honestly looked like I’d been revitalised! I also experienced a beautiful guided meditation which was a lovely surprise. Rachel is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I’m really looking forward to my next appointment!

This was my first appointment at this salon. Kylie was friendly and immediately put me at ease. Before and after cutting my hair we discussed next steps and had a full consultation to discuss how best to colour my hair at my next appointment. Sarah was INCREDIBLE!! Talked me through everything, showed me everything on the box of filler i had never seen with previous work from other practitioners that messed up my lips, looked at my lips and spoke to me about what she’s going to do regarding my previous work that i hasn't happy with & has completely fixed and transformed my lips! Was so kind and comforting throughout the appointment that i barely even felt the needle i was so relaxed! Will be returning for future work🥰

I have had a couple of facials off Rio. My latest one was the Deluxe Microdermabrasion. Rio is a true professional, she is very knowledgeable. She knows the answer to any skin concerns you have and how to treat them. On top of the treatment you get a neck and shoulder massage and a hand massage - they are unbelievably relaxing. My skin looks radiant and healthy. I recommend Rio’s treatments to everyone.

I recently had my first massage and facial with Rio, and it was a genuinely wonderful experience. She was warm, kind, and patient, creating a calm and soothing atmosphere that put me at ease right away. Her positive energy and professionalism made the session feel effortless and relaxing. The massage was amazing and the facial left my skin feeling refreshed and glowing. Rio’s thoughtful approach and great vibe made it a standout treatment. She is a great listener, soft spoken and explained each step thoroughly. Thank you for you kindness and dedication, it was an amazing birthday gift.

I had the High Frequency Facial which was just perfect from start to finish and so relaxing, Rachel even threw in a guided meditation whilst the face mask was setting. She talks you through everything she’s going to do, you have a full skin consultation prior to the treatment too. Rachel has created such a serene atmosphere in her treatment room you feel calm before any treatment has even begun. My skin looks and feels amazing since. It’s definitely something i will have to treat myself to more often 🩷 I have also received an email containing a compete aftercare plan tailored to my skin.

I’ve had quite a few facials with Rio now and I absolutely love them. Each treatment is so relaxing — Rio is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and truly makes you feel at ease. The whole team at the salon is so welcoming too, which just adds to the lovely experience. Since visiting, I’ve seen big improvements with my skin and couldn’t be happier. I’ve also tried several other treatments with Rio, including body waxing, a lash lift, and my eyebrows, and I’m so impressed with everything she does. She’s such a perfectionist and it really shows in the results. I’ve already booked back in. X
