This was my first visit to Ella and I was so impressed. She’s really knowledgeable and professional, but also made me feel completely comfortable and welcome. You can tell she truly cares about her clients. She spotted what my skin needed after my facial and suggested some products to use afterwards. I saw page for my consultation and she was very good very informative about what I had asked for she took the time to actually go through it with me and I was very impressed as soon as I got there she offered me a drink and I even got a chocolate club biscuit I'm looking forward to having my hair done .

I loved how my hair turned out. Paige did a fantastic job of getting rid of the brassiness and redness out of my hair from box dye and colour stripping. All the staff are so welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. The advice I received was really helpful as I was an indecisive client, and it's reassuring when you have staff who are knowledgeable colours that suit your skin tone. The whole process was great from start to finish and I would recommend it to others. Thanks Paige!

I had a fabulous Detox and Glow treatment with Erica today. This includes an amazing lymphatic massage which was very much needed after a long flight. Also included is a facial which left my skin glowing...afterwards I felt extremely relaxed. I went home and had a snooze. It was the best sleep I've had in a few weeks. Erica is such a lovely person. She is kind, caring, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending her for lots of different treatments, just lovely.

I've been visiting Zuzana for some time now and would wholeheartedly recommend her. She is a lovely person - very welcoming, puts me at ease and is very skilled and hard working. I always feel relaxed and so much better after one of Zuzana’s excellent treatments. I initially gave her a try as she is local and had good reviews - and she is now my ‘go to’ for all beauty treatments, for eyebrow tinting (the best I’ve ever had done) and facials (my skin has never felt better).

Myself and my daughter had a facial as I received a gift voucher for Christmas. It was a lovely experience for a first time. Staff were lovely and welcoming. Place was clean and smelt nice. Products left skin looking and feeling amazing. My only disappointments were my daughter was left with a bruise on her chin from the black head suction machine. During my head scalp massage the lady kept using one hand every now and then as she was on her phone with the other. This then took away from the experience.

I had my third experience at Lunara Aesthetics today and I’m so chuffed! Amazing service as usual, I always walk away feeling super confident and refreshed after my treatments with Adrienne. I had a micro needling facial and my skin is absolutely glowing! I will definitely be returning for more.
