I recently had a full-face CO2 laser treatment at Laser by Tom and couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the initial consultation through to the aftercare, Tom was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive, he took the time to explain the procedure, set realistic expectations, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The clinic is modern and welcoming. I’m already seeing a lot of improvements in my skin texture and overall appearance! I had the most beautiful facial with Sarah. The whole experience was amazing. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. The consultation at the start was so good – she really took the time to understand my skin and what I wanted. The Hydradermabrasion was the best facial I've done in years! It is such a great experience, highly skilled and very very dedicated staff that goes the extra mile for the best experience. Very happy with my eyebrow reshaping . I'd grown my brows for a few months after a bad experience at a previous place . Lara was great , we talked about what I had in mind and she mapped and the drew the shape so I could visualise it and feel comfortable. Room is cosy and welcoming . Highly recommend .
