Emma has been exceptional throughout all my treatments Lovely to talk to and gives some great advice I always look forward to seeing her for my laser therapy treatment even though it's a 1 hr 30 mins travel! I cannot express enough how grateful I am to Dr Emma for looking after my little dog Teddy. How passionate Emma is helping me save Teddy from having his teeth cleaned by a vet . He loves coming to see her and his dental hygiene is now amazing thank goodness you were recommended to me in time to help Teddy not having to go through anaesthetic to achieve this. Never really understood reiki...and still don't if I'm being completely honest, but what I do understand is the importance of relaxing and focusing on the mind and that's exactly what happens in these sessions. I somehow manage to shut out the world and drift off to a place of calm the come back around feeling focused, balanced and energised. Best was to describe reiki is; the therapy session you never realised you needed!

Excellent Emma greeted my daughter me and our little dog Anna with a smile and kindness. After consultation treatment commenced. Anna was not worried and is better since her treatment. We would highly recommend wellness centre. Our cat received treatment last year and made a good recovery. Thanks to Emma.

I’ve been seeing Anna for almost two years now, having Reiki sessions twice a month throughout that time. I had a session with her yesterday, and as always, I left feeling so light, clear, and refreshed. After two years of deep healing work and exploring my past life, I’ve finally reached a place where I can come to Reiki with a calm, centered mind. It’s such a reminder of how essential consistent self-care is. Coming every two weeks keeps my energy balanced instead of waiting until I’m completely drained or overwhelmed. After years of suffering trauma from childhood to almost 50, two cancer battles and loosing some of the most incredible people in my life I feel free save and mentally stable. Always feel better after a visit to Dr Emma, I don’t know where I would be without laser therapy, it has massively improved my quality of life.

Having suffered with extremely painful Achilles tendonitis for 10 months which wasn't improving with physiotherapy and massages, I came across RCM Wellness Centre. I had a biomechanics assessment with Ali, who recommended a programme of exercises and a course of laser therapy. The laser treatment was performed by Emma. I noticed an immediate improvement after the first session. 3 sessions later I am able to walk at speed for long distances, and am enjoying life again. The laser therapy has also cured a problem hip at the same time. Both Ali and Emma have been wonderful with me. Thank you both.

Outstanding service! Used the service twice in one week for two different services. My first visit was Visiting Emma which was the best thing I did. Emma was really caring and most importantly she listened to me whatever was on my mind. Gave me good positive feedback and report. Today Had the Wellness Massage by Michaela- Individually tailored treatment mixture of hot stone and aromatherapy. One of the best massages i have had, good amount of pressure. Definitely recommend. Excellent treatment by Emma as always. I have been suffering from lower back pain and sciatica for a while and RCM is my go to place for the best possible treatment. I highly reccomend their laser therapy. It is a magical peice of equipment.
