Facial was great and Therese was lovely but no prior consultation to discuss any concerns I may have about my skin considering this was my first visit. Was also called to come 30 minutes later as I was just setting off to leave, if I lived further away this wouldn't of been enough notice and would have waited at the clinic for 45min.

Asia performed a Hydra facial on me today which was fantastic, excellent movements used with her healing hands, amazing hygiene steps from onset, very professional throughout, great aftercare advice and skins is glowing. Thank you!
