Gemma is amazing! Had a consultation where she discussed everything and we decided on the best package for me, day of my appointment I was very nervous but she put me at ease right away she explained everything she was doing step by step no rushing at the end I was shown before and after pics and not going to lie I got very emotional the results were that amazing. Visited Finestrokes today for a laser consultation with patch test and Gemma was brilliant! Right away she put me at ease and was so professional and informative. Gemma’s knowledge and explaining the procedure is just absolutely amazing, I was very nervous and she talked through everything before and whilst doing the procedure and constantly asking if I was ok, I’ve never had any aesthetic's done before but at the grand age of 49 the Howell area has really got me down, I left a new woman and I’m so happy with the results, Gemma knows her stuff and most of all she’s totally honest and I’d never go to anyone else, she totally puts you at ease. I had a thorough consultation/medical form sent prior also which was really comforting that Sam was prepared for my appointment.. can’t wait for my next one next month!

Had an amazing facial of the month from Hayley. She has the best massage techniques, and really does a lovely treatment making you feel all relaxed and your skin looking radiant.

Yet again ANOTHER AMAZING facial with Sam! This time is was less clinical and more luxury and relaxing.. the massage was wow! I left the clinic with my skin feeling amazing, looking amazing and it had received the best pamper! The neck and shoulders was a great plus too! Thanks lovely! You’re simply fab!

Had botox and a skin booster done- completly pain free and super quick!. The salon is delightful and warm, welcoming reception, and I even enjoyed a cup of tea with a beautiful smile, Claire definately knows her stuff and her information about treatments were bob on. HIghly recommend.
