Best salon in York! Faith is amazing at what she does. Quality colours, really listens to what you want. Great advice and friendly salon. Beauty works extensions at a great price too. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now I’ve found this little gem

Fabulous experience each time (I have had 3 colour and cut appointments so far). I appreciate the time that Victoria takes to have a colour consultation before proceeding with the look - this ensures that we are both on the same page and that I leave happy and with great, healthy looking hair. Would highly recommend Victoria to anyone who is willing to consult with a stylist and be open to her valuable input and experience.

Victoria is fantastic. I had a consultation, followed by a cut, colour and foil highlights. She is friendly, highly skilled and passionate about what she does and talks through the process. Plus she is an honest, lovely person and a pleasure to chat to. Right from the start, I knew I was in cable hands. I love my new style and colour and am booked in for my next appointment already. I visited Coa today for the first time today, my hair was in terrible condition, Not had a cut for some time so this was a treat to myself ( long overdue) Cerys cut and restyled my hair...its gorgeous 😍 she has done an amazing job. I can't believe its my hair! We chatted throughout my visit, and Cerys gave me some advice on products and styling tips, I felt comfortable with Cerys, great customer service, lovely girl ( my new hairdresser ) 🙏😊

Lovely clean friendly salon. I had a good consultation with Amanda who cut & styled my hair to perfection, they also use & sell there own range of products, which are good for the hair & scalp.

I had a consultation with Matilda and was very happy with the interest she showed in how I wanted my hair to look, very impressed with the saloon, clean and modern. Matilda had another hairdresser (sorry don’t know the ladies name) help her and I felt I’d be in safe hands as far as the colour would look. The staff all seemed a really friendly bunch and I had been recommended to Matilda as she had done such a great job on a friends hair 😃 also extremely impressed that the salon uses vegan/plant based products 👍

3rd visit to Matilda, really felt like was listened to in pre cut consultation and love the hair, exactly how I asked it to be. Escape salon is perfect, warm atmosphere and so easy to park (free!) right outside, no brainer, would definitely recommend

I can't recommend Molly enough! From the moment you walk into the salon, you're made to feel so welcome by the friendly and warm atmosphere. Molly is incredibly talented and always takes such care with my brows. Her attention to detail and precision are second to none, and I leave every appointment absolutely loving the results. Not only is she amazing at what she does, but she's also such a lovely person. There's never a dull moment, and we always have plenty to chat about, which makes every visit so enjoyable.
