I went for a consultation, I was met with very friendly ladies who gave me great advice & made me feel welcome. After having the same hairdresser for years I was unhappy with my hair. Wow I absolutely love my hair now. Hayley is lovely, very friendly & professional. She is very experienced which showed in the end result. She knew what colour would look best on my hair. Best decision I made. I highly recommend Charlie Brown's 😊

This salon is the best in Newcastle under Lyme. Friendly atmosphere, staff really friendly and always happy to help and they provide the best treatments. I always walk out feeling amazing.

Robyn normally does my children's hair but I thought I would treat myself! Glad I did, I look completely different and in love with my new hair! I was very nervous going from long hair to very short but every step of the way she made sure everything was to my liking and going through all the colours with myself. Very friendly, well mannered and highly recommended to all!!

Visited for a hair grooming session, The staffs were friendly, my stylish Theresa @Tezxtensionhairforyou was incredibly skilled and knowledgeable offering helpful suggestion while also respecting my desired look. The haircut itself was exhausted flawlessly by Harman @Cutwithfinesse and I left feeling refreshed and confident. For anyone looking for a top notch salon experience, I highly recommend @Chaxbarbers

I visited the salon for the first time yesterday. I had an initial 10 minute consultation to assess my hair and needs. On the day of my appointment the hairdresser listened to what I wanted and discussed my options whilst showing me the colours. I was very happy with the way that the hairdresser dyed, cut and styled my hair, always asking if I’m happy with the way she’s doing it and if it’s what I wanted. I was in the salon for approximately 3 hours and wasn’t offered any refreshments like a water or hot drink. Overall, I am very happy with my hair and I will definitely be returning.

Second time in the salon, first time colouring, great service from consultation to the actual appointment, great communication, and results better then expected. Had my hair done by Isobel and nails by Carly, loved it!

Took my Son for a haircut and it’s a nice vibe in the barbers, always get a good cut/design and all the lads are helpful. Evander always makes sure he provides a good cut and style to my son 👌🏽 highly recommend.
