⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Consistently amazing! Katie is an absolute gem of a nail tech. I’ve been to her three times now, and she does an incredible job every single time. Absolutely lovely service. The ladies are welcoming, friendly, and easy to talk to, and they also serve great coffee. I was very happy with my nails and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Catalina is especially amazing with children. She has now cut my 2-year-old son’s hair several times, and not only does it look great every time, but she also has a fantastic approach with kids. I’ve even booked her for my own haircut because I trust her completely. Highly recommended!

My appointment last Saturday was thoroughly enjoyable! Sienna treated me like a truly valued Customer, with plenty of enthusiasm and humour. The Hair & Beauty Lounge in Kettering is impecibly clean and tidy. All the Team Members work hard showing real passion for their trade. I felt I could chat with other Customers with ease as the atmosphere is so pleasent

Fabulous, can't fault it! Hope is brilliant and expecially great with those of us who are a little nervous of hairdressers. After a number of bad experiences in Kettering, I now wouldn't go anywhere else!!

The care and kindness Jaz showed throughout my appointment went above and beyond, she really went the extra mile and the pride in her work demonstrated great dedication to the Salon and I came home safely and feeling better than on arrival. If ever I needed a visit to the Hair & Beauty Lounge - this was the day. Instinct told me, due to previous visits, I would be in safe hands and I was right! My hair is now perfectly coloured and my mental health boosted. It's also great to see a new team member who is equally professional and kind. She's done it again! Another brilliant experience at the capable hands of Hope. Total restyle requested and Hope really delivered. Perfect balance between creativity and a practical understanding of hair and client lifestyle. Hope listens to you and gives you what you ask for but she also injects a level of flair and style which sets her apart from your ordinary hairdresser. She's amazing at her job and one of the sweetest people. This salon is the best I've been to. Always feel so comfortable and welcome here. A real gem in Kettering. Highly recommended.

I went to Hair and Beauty Bar after moving to the area and needing a bit of a refresh. When I realised the owner and head stylist is also called Emily-Jane, it felt like a good sign. We got chatting and had a proper consultation before booking anything in. On the day Em checked everything through again before starting, and talked things through with Sienna (who’s learning) as she worked. I actually loved that part. You could see the care going into both the work and the teaching. I left feeling properly looked after… and left with INCREDIBLE hair, can't wait to go back!

Emily took her time during the consultation to really understand what I wanted, and she absolutely nailed it. I was going for something a bit edgy, and she has such a talent for creating that look. Crystal was great from the first consultation to my hair appt today. I was mid hair nightmare and i felt she really took the time to listen, and then used her skills to help solve my multiple haircut issues.
