Thank you, Lydia! I booked a last-minute haircut and treatment through Fresha and was made to feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Lydia gave me a great consultation, really listened to what I wanted, and was brilliant throughout the whole appointment. She was friendly, attentive, and took great care to make sure I felt comfortable and relaxed. The head massage was unreal — I almost fell asleep!
