Made me feel soooo comfortable in my own skin and truly made me feel they care about my body concerns. The epil-free wax is the best recommendation I have ever had. It really works and after approx 8 sessions I could already see a huge difference. The scrub and prep of legs before the epil-free wax is a good technique at Skin Matters. I will finally go on holiday without a concern of protruding hairs. Talita

Such a nice interaction. He is very professional but makes you feel at home and comfortable. He gave great advice during the consultation and really focuses to meet your expectations as a patient.

I always leave Pronk feeling like a million dollars. Anecia and Nicola are a great team and I love their wholistic approach to skincare. Their procedures are done with the utmost care and the results are amazing. Nicolas facials are out of this world and leaves your skin feeling fresh and rejuvenated. 10/10 will be back for more!

I really appreciate and Like Zara’s ‘real’ and authentic approach to skin scare. She explains the science and biology of the procedures and the products which is useful and insightful and she is honest about requirements and what you need or don’t need. I don’t feel pressurised to buy products which is how I usually feel when I have a procedure so I really appreciate Zazas approach. My micro needling procedure was really great and I was handled with great care. Overall a really wonderful experience.

Not only the best service, but I also walked away with an understanding of my skin and how to take care of it. Extremely happy and highly recommended!
