Hayley is absolutely lovely and very reassuring, I cant believe I ended up laughing during an intimate wax, It was my first ever experience and I was very nervous. Clean and professional room and an efficient service. Hayley ensured I was comfortable through out the treatments. It's worth it for the silky smooth skin!

I came to see Michelle for a last minute elite dermaplane facial and from start to finish she made me feel so welcomed and reassured with what she was doing. I had originally came in feeling quite tense and a little stressed out, but all of my tension and worries went away, not to mention my skin feels incredible, my makeup has glided on this week. Wow! I've just had the most relaxing Dermaplane with Michelle. My skin was cleansed with some amazing smelling products, and a lovely mask was applied after. My skin looks and feels amazing. Michelle is very professional and so lovely.

Kresh did my facial today and she was absolutely brilliant!! I went for a bespoke facial and we began with any skin concerns I may have, she was very knowledgeable and professional. She explained each step during the facial and also gave a head/shoulder massage during the facial. I left feeling very happy and relaxed and my skin looks amazing. Will 100% be recommending Kresh to friends and family and have already booked in again for my next facial.

I've just had my first xanthelasma treatment and it was a fabulous experience from the very start. Consultation before treatment was excellent and very informative. The treatment was clearly explained so I was thoroughly prepared and knew what to expect from the fibroblast pen, the staff are awesome, friendly and highly skilled. Would definitely recommended, hence the five stars.
