Beautiful fit out. Came in to try and Hocatt machine and it did not disappoint. I felt so cleansed and more energised than how I felt when I walked in. Eliza who also took care of me from start to finish was wonderful too. Shame I don’t live in Melbourne but will be back next time.

I had a great experience at J Medical Aesthetics. What I appreciated most was how attentive and gentle the therapist was throughout the session. She regularly checked in on my comfort level and adjusted the treatment accordingly, which made me feel very relaxed and well cared for. The treatment itself was comfortable, and my skin felt a little firmer and brighter afterwards. Overall, a very professional and pleasant experience. Highly recommend! 💕

Love Super Young. The experienced staff provide great advice for specific needs. I had a sore lower back and treid red light then a cryo which greatly helped my back and I slept so well and woke up so much better the next day. I have also tried the HOCATT which was another hugely beneficial modality.

Had my facial treatment here today and absolutely loved the experience. What stood out most was that the team genuinely listened to my skin concerns and tailored the treatment to my needs, rather than trying to sell products or unnecessary services. The treatment was relaxing, professional, and left my skin feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and glowing. I could notice an immediate improvement in how fresh and hydrated my skin looked. Really good experience. I went in for a full skin assessment and received personalised advice based on my skin.I usually go to the sauna after the gym, but the nurse mentioned I have early signs of melasma and suggested avoiding too much heat, as it can trigger pigmentation. I had no idea, so that was really helpful.Professional, friendly team and no pressure at all. I also like that they offer personalised skincare recommendations.Overall, very happy with the experience and would definitely come back.

Tanisha was fantastic! She helped me choose a style for my hair and offered lots of great advice on how to care for my hair in between appts. She was full of knowledge and shared her wisdom regarding hair health openly and honestly as she treated my unloved and neglected head of hair. I didn’t feel rushed or like I was wasting her time as she focused her full attention solely on me. The treatment itself felt very luxurious and it made me feel amazing. I didn’t feel manipulated into buying products or booking more appts. I love my new hairstyle and I can’t wait to go back next time! HIGHLY REC!

It was my first time trying these therapies and I must say the oxygen therapy stood out as I was more relaxed during the day and fell asleep quite quickly at night. The staff also encouraged me to try the cryo chamber for 2 minutes which is a new record. Super-Young is a must try experience.

I had an amazing experience with my Thermage treatment. Jessica is incredibly skilled and professional, and her technique made the whole process much more comfortable than I expected. She explained everything clearly and paid close attention throughout the session, which made me feel completely at ease. Jessica is also such a gentle and caring person. She constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and patiently answered all of my questions. Her warm and friendly personality made the experience even better. The clinic itself is clean and welcoming as well.

Excellent. The first treatment got minor a good result while second the CACI made a signigficant difference. The cheeks are just a tad higher than they were before, so I look a little les tired as my 62 years were making me appear to be. The Italian gentlemean who said "bello" as I past made my day. Thanks Andrea!
