Louisa was very professional under the current Covid 19 situation, she took my temperature on arrival and I completed a Covid questionnaire. Louisa wore a face visor at all times. I had my eyebrows waxed and tinted and they look amazing, I am very happy with them. Excellent service Louisa I can't wait for my first facial in months in September. Thanks Louisa. Jacqui Garside.

Lovely service today fir my my 86 year old mum who had a manicure and eyebrow tint. Thank you Lilly, you did a great job with the eyebrow tint and you have really great customer service skills. The manicure was also great with a lovely lady whose name I did not recall . Thanks again we will be back
