Overall I enjoyed the facial, although I would have liked more time spent on my face, instead of the prolonged head massage. If a gentler face cloth can be used next time during the cleansing process, that would be appreciated as my skin is very sensitive. Thank you very much.

I got my nails done and did a wax I haven’t waxed in so long and Wianda was very reassuring about the wax and when I wanted to do a nail shape she gave me the best advice on how it would affect my nails and I was so comfortable definitely a 10/10 service ☺️
