At one point, I moved out of the area and went an entire year without a brow wax—just so I could wait to see her again! That’s how good she is. Caitlin is not only incredibly skilled and professional, but also one of the kindest people you’ll meet. She’s created a beautiful, calming space that makes every visit feel relaxing and comfortable. Very good experience. The beautician Sushma (Happy) did a great job at doing my facial. Not only just choosing the right facial for my skin texture but also explaining the various nuances of it. She took good care of me and gave tips for home for blemishes on my face which were natural and chemicals free. I will be returning to the salon pretty soon for a repeat facial and more services

The owner did reach out to me and offered to fix my nails at no additonal charge. Even tho it was a hassel to come back, I dont regret it. Jay did amazing on nail,l. She took her time with every step and did an amazing job to the design I wanted. I left very happy. I would only come back to see Jay. Very much recommended her.

My favorite place by far! Everyone is so kind and welcoming and their service is top-notch. I’ve done manicure, pedicure, acrylic, gel, nail art, head spa, I love it all! Super friendly, always willing to give advice, and they even serve drink drinks and snacks! I highly recommend!

Ms. Jolt is the BEST for eye-brow threading. I constantly have people commenting on how clean, beautifully the arch of my eyebrows is. She takes her time and genuinely cares about her customers. I've been going to her for a few years, and she never delivers anything less. Her level of excellence and precision is very noticeable. She also does very well with full-body waxing. VERY quick and painless.

I am a newcomer to Bellevue and I am glad I found this parlor. People are great and Raj did a good job regarding my face waxing. I was able to squeeze in my eyebrow threading too since I was unaware that it has to be pre booked. Both Raj and Jyot were great. Only thing I noticed is that finding an appointment when in need is very tough so need tonprebook atleast 2 weeks in advance. I definitely see myself going back here next month. Thanks for the great service!!

Mini gave a very professional waxing and facial for me. She is friendly to talk and checks if we have any concerns to be taken care of, before getting the service done. I would love to come back to get my next treatments done from her !!!
