Was regular here when school was located in downtown Hartford almost 10years ago. Decided to check it out again as alternative to barbershop to save money. Just came from wethersfield location. Had hard time finding place&GPS wasn't really helpful in pinpointing exact location! One of the people in charge guided me rest of way. Really appreciate her assistance! The student who took care of me did excellent job! Really knew what he was doing!

I had an amazing experience 10/10 I’ve never had a facial before, and I received one today, and it was absolutely amazing. I definitely will continue coming here. From the pressure, the stretches, etc. I was very well pleased! Thank you to Latisha she did a phenomenal job on me.

Student was very good and very attentive to what the instructor had suggested. I did not give enough directions as to the sides of my hair. I didn't tell her how long or short I would have liked it. I will remember next time.

I have been going to Katie and Helen for years and have followed them from Newington to Glastonbury to Hartford and now Simsbury. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. They are the best!!!

Very positive. Had my usual retouch and Rachel did a very good job. The color was spot on and the extra attention to the hair line around my face was done nicely as well as clean up after. A positive experience all around.

Had a phenomenal experience with Zazie for a partial highlight — not only was the color beautiful, but she also recommended a face-framing cut that gave me the exact look I didn’t even know I was seeking. She’s such a sweet person, and knowledgeable. She educated me on exactly how to recreate the blowdry/style at home. I’m so happy with my hair. Thank you Zazie.

I love the haircut ,it is perfect. The student was great. The teachers were great. I have been going there for a couple of years, just one suggestion if the clients hair looks terrible , the teacher should not make a disgusted face because you are the example students are following

My experience with Tia was AMAZING! I had a lot of knots in my upper back and she applied the perfect amount of pressure. The aesthetics in the place were perfect. Overall one of the best massages I've EVER had! I most definitely will be booking again.

Lydia Heller was very attentive at all times. I came in for my first ever highlight but only the back of my head seemed to show the highlights. She learned why my front and sides didn’t take as well and invited me back for a correction next week. The back looks amazing and I’m confident the front and sides will as well next week! Excellent follow up and customer service!
