I recently had my permanent eyebrows done by Jade at Studio Eleven, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the experience was professional, clean, and comfortable. Jade is a true artist. She took the time to map out the perfect shape for my face, ensuring everything was symmetrical and natural-looking before starting the procedure. Her attention to detail is incredible—she really listens to what you want while offering expert advice on what will heal best. The studio itself has a great atmosphere, and Jade made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process.

It was lovely to meet Katherine. Felt comfortable immediately I can judge waxing by how many times I flinch (been waxing since I was 15 - I'm 63). Didn't ouch or flinch once. Just had a flowing conversation - I'm a chatterbox - then I was done! That's my idea of a great session. It flew by. Much appreciated as am sunbathing in bikinis for the next 2 weeks

First time at Chill Beauty and I will definitely be back! Booked for facial with Hannah and she was amazing. Made me feel at ease, talked me through procedure as it was new to me and answered any questions I had. Best ever neck and shoulder massage while face mask was on. Left feeling fantastic! Olivia listened to me regarding which areas to work on. I especially liked the part when I was on my back having sides of neck done from different angle. Nice touch also being sat up and handed the water. Easier to get up!

Amazing treatments and in a fantastic space. Coffee shop next door is fab too. Lots of parking at front and back of the building. Also really close to both motorways, making it accessible for most parts of Leeds and Wakefield.

Wonderful I had a very relaxing million dollar facial with Nell my shin feels so soft , and Louise is a wiz Kidd at intimate waxing would never go anywhere else

I recently had my lip blush done at Studio Eleven by Jadie and honestly I’m so happy with the results. From the moment I walked in, everything felt really relaxed and welcoming. Jadie was amazing throughout the whole process. She took the time to explain everything properly, made sure I was comfortable, and really listened to what I wanted. The treatment itself was way better than I expected, and the results are exactly what I was hoping for. The new salon is gorgeous. Beautifully modern and clean and also smells incredible! Will definitely be returning for more!

Had a radiance facial yesterday, I've been out in the sun a lot and my face needed some tlc. Samantha was amazing as usual, worked her magic and evened out my skin tone. I love the fact that you get a head and neck massage with this facial so I was well and truly relaxed by the time I left.

I can’t recommend Emily enough. I’m normally quite shy, but she always makes me feel completely comfortable and at ease during my appointments. She is so friendly, professional, and has a great sense of humour, which makes the whole experience really relaxed and enjoyable. She always does an amazing job with my eyebrow waxing and tinting, and I leave every time feeling really happy with the results.
