I had such a relaxing appointment with Holly doing a Japanese head spa. It was heaven! The facial and massage was amazing, I especially liked the ice globes they were so soothing on my face! The atmosphere and sounds around me added to the relaxation. The scalp analysis was really interesting and now my hair looks healthy and shiny and feels like silk! Enjoyed every minute of it. All the girls were very welcoming and the salon is gorgeous!

I had a brow lamination and henna, plus a lip and chin wax, and I’m so happy with the results! My brows look amazing — full, neat, and natural. The waxing was gentle and left my skin super smooth. The whole experience was really relaxing and professional. I’ll definitely be back!

The Japanese Head Spa is a sensory sensation! I was treated by the lovely Holly who's perfectly timed slow movements of the head spa, neck/arm massage and facial moved me into a tranquil trance that allowed me to fully enjoy the whole experience. Then to move into the salon in a quiet area to have my hair dried whilst drinking a fruit tea was a nice touch! Booked again already!

Katy has been outstanding as usual. I had a make up lesson with her and she was brilliant going through everything and explaining each process....she even wrote down every product she used for me, including which brushes to get. My make up looked beautiful and I received lots of compliments. I also had the eyebrow, lip and chin wax and Katy made sure my sensitive skin didnt react. Whenever I visit my sister in Rainford I love coming to Springwoods and am always safe in Katy's hands.

Gab is a lovely lady! Fantastic at her job and is a true perfectionist. Thank you for having me back, my lip blush top-up is gorgeous!
