Amazing experience! The head spa treatment is fantastic, and includes a lot more than most with foot mask, face mask and neck, shoulder and arm massage included. So relaxing, and a great treat for yourself. Was a little hungover and left my morning appointment completely rejuvenated, new hangover cure!

Had a Japanese Hair Treatment for the first time ever, it was bliss, incredibly relaxing. Having the option to see the blocked follicles before and the lovely clean head after is a bonus. Louisa really does make it special, not only the hair treatment but a face cleanse and chocolate mask, neck, shoulder, hand, and foot massage. I feel to sleep. Highly recommend it.

After seeing an amazing end result on Facebook of one of previous clients I knew I just had to bite the bullet and go back blonde. Abi packed my hair full of foils to lift my multi coloured hair ( caramel, blonde and copper). She also did a fine job on my daughters lengthy, wirey, mega thick hair- trimming and smoothing it sleekly with hair dryer and straighteners. I would highly recommend this young lady! I will be back Abi.

I booked the party package and felt entirely at ease during my visit. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making the experience truly enjoyable. The service was outstanding. The hair and makeup were done securely and lasted throughout the entire night of the party, with my makeup remaining flawless when I returned home. The Japanese head spa is absolutely amazing! Adele did a fabulous treatment and explained everything throughout the process. I didn't realise there's so much included in the treatment, foot massage and booties, arm and hand massage plus face mask. Fantastic value! Can definitely recommend to anyone and you will receive a first class service.

Daisy was great. Very pleased with my eyelash & eyebrow tint. Perfect colour on my brows. Exactly the natural look I wanted. Eyebrows were not red either after waxing. Fab job. 👌 thank you
